Effective: November 9, 2011.

Due to the recent catastrophic flooding in Thailand which has dramatically impacted the availability and prices of hard drives, Crest is instituting a “temporary surcharge” on all hard drives used in the following manners:

1. CDR series DVR’s
2. All repairs – CDR, CDVS and CNVS series (repair quotes valid for 48 hours)

We have elected to utilize a “surcharge” method for handling this temporary situation. This will enable us to adjust quickly to market conditions and provide customers with the most reasonable prices during this time.

Please remember that Crest utilizes RAID / Enterprise level hard drives and not consumer styles. This dedication to a higher standard will continue even if there is an abundance… Read More

Crest is proud to introduce the CP-48W Series – one of several new vandal dome options available from the leader in CCTV. The 48W Series offers the next generation in CCD imaging, utilizing Gen 2 digital wide dynamic range (DWDR) technology. Gen 2 DWDR processing enables this analog camera to see in a variety of lighting conditions. In bright direct sunlight, advanced back light compensation technology allows bright light areas to be compensated for via an adjustable on screen grid – no more having to position the camera to put the high light area in the center of the scene!

Utilizing a motorized IR cut filter, along with the same DWDR technology, the 48WS can see all… Read More

This principal was practiced and taught by our company founder, Irv Rossman. From the beginning, the principal meant that when a customer called, there was a friendly person to answer the phone, a knowledgeable systems consultant to help design a system using the right products for the job, and a fully-staffed tech department to answer support questions while you were on a ladder in the field.

Now in the 21st century, with the constant influx of new and innovative products and technologies, the Crest Difference is still here to support you.
